Our methods vary depending on the context & the content, but we always ensure that they are relevant, meaningful, & engaging. Workshops are like a training-plus, with more time for exercises, dialogues, & action-planning. We can provide these on a one-off basis, but we prefer to partner with you to integrate these sessions into a more comprehensive cultural learning or change program.

It is distinct from facilitation in that it is an opportunity to gather information & viewpoints, rather than to engage in dialogue.
