At her core:
Living and working in Africa, Asia, Europe, Latin America, & the US prompted Court's study of the communication patterns, social structure, & business systems of different parts of the world.
Court has over 10 years experience working in cross-cultural business development across multiple sectors with organizations, multinational companies, and government agencies. She has 18 years of praxis & 35 years inside a queer Black body have elicited keen sight, grounded presence, and a tendency toward blessed unrest. She has lived in over 40 places, on six contents, and has lived through and has managed within many challenging situations such as: Hurricane Katrina, 2010 Magnitude 7.0 earthquake in Haiti, & the 2017 Togolese Protests.
In addition to international relations, social- multicultural, JEDIB coaching work, she has in-depth knowledge and experience working within multiple legal, financial, and economic systems both within the the global and regional frameworks making her a well rounded advisor. Her portfolio incompasses complex projects in multiple countries within APAC, EMEA, LATAM, & NORAM.
She studied Triple Bottom Line Economics/ Data Science, has EMBA from Columbia and UC Berkeley, and a certificate in Global Management with INSEAD and the International Chamber of Commerce.
