Hi, I’m Jeana, a leadership development professional with fifteen years of experience helping people, teams, organizations and communities grow.
I lead dynamic and thoughtful learning experiences that push, stretch, and challenge leaders to be the very best versions of themselves—and to unleash their capacity to help others do the same.

During our time together, a series of exercises will help you articulate attributes of your highest self. The workshop is interactive, and you will have opportunities to reflect independently and work in small groups on video.
